Texas A&M fans created a raucous environment at Kyle Field on Saturday night after the Aggies upset No. 1 Alabama in the biggest college football shocker of the 2021 season. Police at Kyle Field may have had the toughest job of the night – escorting coach Nick Saban off the field. CBS 42’s Dee Jackson caught the moment as it appeared he was on the field while the pandemonium was ensuing. The SEC hands out fines for fans rushing the field and there will be no exception for Texas A&M. According to AL.com, a school could face anywhere between $50,000 and $250,000 for fans storming the field.

No nightstick, he just pushed her out of the way and she fell.
You sure it was an Alabama cop. Normally the home team provides the escort.
Famous image of Reggie Jackson of the New York Yankees running off the field after the final out of the 1977 World Series:
One of those fans got belted and flew about six feet in the air when he got in Jackson's way. You can see it around the 0:22 mark of the clip below:
The old adage in journalism ‘if it bleeds, it leads’ still holds true
The emphasis should be on happy patrons celebrating a win!!!
Joyful fans .......Happiness......a departure from everything else going on!
But someone caught a ‘trip and fall’ and that is what leads....
Sheesh!
It looks as though there are possibly cops/security from three different agencies . The two that have the Coach are from the same agency. I could not make out the patch on their sleeve though.
There is the ball cap and glasses guy, different uniform from the two escorting the Coach. The hatless cop/security guy who pushed the woman is possibly from yet another agency, not wearing the same uniform of any of the other three cops.
WV State Police escort WVU football coach to all away games. I’m guessing others do likewise.
Yep, she “ran with the bulls” and was awarded for her efforts.
I work at a Big Ten school's home football games. The visiting team ALWAYS bring their own police as security for their multi-million dollar head coaches.
Usually, it's State Police from whatever state they're from.
She needs to look where she is running.
But was she wearing a mask?
;-)
Wow! Billy Martin looked YOUNG then!
The two LEOs with Saban are ‘bama troopers. The hatless guy who pushed may have neen but it’s hard to tell.
The comments are unanimous: the Aggies and their fans are great!!
I can’t say that’s the reason I never liked Alabama but I never liked Alabama and always want the to lose.
Just like notre dame except when they sucked. I rooted for ND to get good enough to hate again.
The Great Keith Jackson and the asskissing Howard Cosell
Fans should stay off the field, period
That was the series that Jackson stuck his big ass out and was hit by the ball being thrown to first. IIRC: the Yankees went on to score that inning and to win the game, then the series. If he had not interfered the outcome of that game may have been different.
40 second video. Fans just running onto the field as the players
exit. Yes players/coaches going one way and fans the opposite.

I’m pretty sure that was the 1978 World Series.
