I have known a good number of Nurses from the Philippines. Most if not all of them have seemed very competent to me.
I do not disbelieve you at all, but it seems clear to me that our mileage can vary.
One hospital that I worked at years ago actually bought a house just next door (not a city hospital, a local place in a suburb with a census of typically 225 or so.) in order to house them, because essentially those Nurses were akin to indentured servants. They were obliged to work a certain amount of years under their contractual obligations.
Most moved on to other hospitals once the contracts expired after so many years.

That chart says a lot - for one thing, it says that young people, by and large, do NOT need any type of “vaccine” against Covid. Their immune system is well up to the task. In fact, even through the Middle Ages, it’s less than 0.1% of the cases, and I bet that there’s a high incidence of comorbidities among those that do pass away.
