There's a way to beat the promised vaccine mandates.
There is a news report that the Lewis County General Hospital in upstate New York will stop delivering babies after September 24. This is because too many maternity unit workers have resigned over the COVID vaccination mandate. The hospital's chief executive officer, Gerald Cayer, said 165 hospital employees have yet to be vaccinated and that they make 27% of the hospital's total work force.
Stories like this are (or will be) repeated all across the country. And it will not just be hospitals that will be effected. Any company ordering vaccination faces a similar labor problem. As it is, many businesses are having trouble finding workers. Resistance to the vaccine mandates will make this worse. Parts of the economy could grind to a halt, proving that there is power in just saying "no."
If I were in a situation where my employer demanded I be vaccinated, I would not quit or resign. Instead, I would make my employer go through the effort of firing me. I'm not a lawyer, but I feel that this might provide a legal advantage down the road. And if a company purges its unvaccinated employees but exempts some who are in critical high-skill positions, this opens up more legal avenues. Also, many companies have policies on severance packages. If fired, demand your full severance. If you don't get it, threaten to sue. Whether the company honors its policy or not, demands for it add to the push-back against the mandates. Every little bit helps.
Many will get vaccinated because they need their job. That's understandable. But there are others who have more flexibility. A critical mass of them is all that's needed. The idea is to make the vaccine mandates as difficult as possible to enforce.

I am not sure how the unvaccinated people threaten the vaccinated. Perhaps Jen Psaki could explain.
When the vaccinated folks start to get sick and die, the unvaccinated will be a reminder that the sheeple were conned.
The elites don’t want any live evidence of their crimes against humanity.
Exactly... they don’t want a control group when the vaxed start keeling over en masse.
Agreed, they are desperately trying to get rid of the ”control group”

Wow, beat me by few seconds!
She’ll circle back…
I plan on standing my ground as a good many are from what people have told me.
Guess tomorrow’s powwow will tell the tale about where to go next.
When the Unvaccinated aren’t supporting the vaccinated through the work they do, it will get ugly fast, I suggest making sure all your ducks are lined up for what appears to be a wild ride ahead.
“Only the sick governing elites can look you in the eye with a straight face and force experimental injections on you because masks didn’t work while simultaneously forcing masks on you because the injections didn’t
work.’’

When volunteer EMTs and Fire Departments start closing the Democrats will have a new problem for the 2022 election.
Going around in circles is a speciality
There are also going to be a lot of lawsuits against employers. They will take years to be decided, but I expect most will be won by the former employees — or settled in their favor. I think think that after the dust settles the general public is going to view the pandemic very differently because they’ll be using their brains instead of reacting in fear.
This is already happening. Word is getting out, despite the MSM's all-hands-on-deck effort to black the news out - hence the alarm and scapegoating of the pure bloods.
Uphill battle on the latter however, as nobody likes to admit that they've been chumped.
At my old job, we used to mock management and their BS corporate speak. They just regurgitate phrases, and have meetings and meetings about meetings and meetings about meetings about meetings…
Management is full of useless, micromanaging women and minorities.
It’s essentially positions for those who can’t do our jobs.
You can spread Covid whether you are vax'd or not
You can only die from the vax if you are vax'd.
One of my renters was a beloved employee of an elderly care facility. She was exposed to Covid and the facility told her to take the next fourteen days off, without pay. The next day she applied at the local prison and started there the following day. (Shocking, really, as accountants like to start people at the beginning of a pay period, not on any random Wednesday.)
So, by all means, liberal companies...commit suicide.
I'm Senior I.T. Leadership and know based on conversations I've had with many that more than 60% of I.T. folks are un-vaccinated and plan on staying that way. (I got the J&J shot in April, after having had Covid in Feb. 2020 without knowing I had it, thinking it was just a really bad flu. I tested positive for natural immunity.)
So, what's "the bank" I work for going to do? Fire 60% of I.T.? And replace them with what?
The offshoring idiots in India cannot handle the load, they're barely third-level help desk qualified. There's a huge "shortage" of I.T. folks in the U.S. and trying to hire anyone in this hot market is a real challenge.
Add to that it's at least 6 months before someone's 100% trained and effective and we have the perfect situation for at least I.T. people here in the US to tell our employers to go EFF themselves.
When our CEO issued the "mandate" to get vaxxed or else, it sparked an immediate conversation with Sr. I.T. Leadership on how to keep all I.T. working remotely as we have since February of 2020.
Our productivity is way up, new services and business apps are rolled out all the time fairly seamlessly and the number of production outages has cratered. We've proven we can work from home very effectively.
Here's where Sr. I.T. Leadership is landing where I work on this issue: Keep everyone WFH. Done. No need to come back to the office for virtually any reason, and we have the option to simply mark all I.T. as "WFH."
I suspect we're going to see a whole lot more of this. If there's no reason to be in a physical office anymore, why go?
As for nurses, doctors, medical staff, teachers, truckers retail workers and anyone else who chooses NOT to be vaccinated, I fully support them making that choice. Not just making that choice but keeping their job or going somewhere else if they so choose.
NO ONE makes the choice of what we put into our bodies other than ourselves. A dementia addled pResident doesn't get to do that, no law can do that, no mandate can do that ... no one other than ourselves can.
Take heart everyone, the revolution is brewing. Who as recently as two years ago before the start of all this bullsh*t it would start this way?

OSHA is a small agency, given the size of its mission: with its state partners, OSHA has approximately 2,400 inspectors covering more than 8 million workplaces where 130 million workers are employed.
According to a[2011] report by AFL–CIO, it would take OSHA 129 years to inspect all workplaces under its jurisdiction.
Ignore it and your odds of getting caught are pretty slim.
