There's a way to beat the promised vaccine mandates.
There is a news report that the Lewis County General Hospital in upstate New York will stop delivering babies after September 24. This is because too many maternity unit workers have resigned over the COVID vaccination mandate. The hospital's chief executive officer, Gerald Cayer, said 165 hospital employees have yet to be vaccinated and that they make 27% of the hospital's total work force.
Stories like this are (or will be) repeated all across the country. And it will not just be hospitals that will be effected. Any company ordering vaccination faces a similar labor problem. As it is, many businesses are having trouble finding workers. Resistance to the vaccine mandates will make this worse. Parts of the economy could grind to a halt, proving that there is power in just saying "no."
If I were in a situation where my employer demanded I be vaccinated, I would not quit or resign. Instead, I would make my employer go through the effort of firing me. I'm not a lawyer, but I feel that this might provide a legal advantage down the road. And if a company purges its unvaccinated employees but exempts some who are in critical high-skill positions, this opens up more legal avenues. Also, many companies have policies on severance packages. If fired, demand your full severance. If you don't get it, threaten to sue. Whether the company honors its policy or not, demands for it add to the push-back against the mandates. Every little bit helps.
Many will get vaccinated because they need their job. That's understandable. But there are others who have more flexibility. A critical mass of them is all that's needed. The idea is to make the vaccine mandates as difficult as possible to enforce.

At my job it has been those who’ve been vaccinated getting sick. I’ve also had so far 3 known acquaintances that are vaccinated and have been hospitalized. One of the family of a property I lease for hunting also died 3 weeks ago, he was vaccinated recently but not sure of the cause of death. He was old and not very healthy to begin with.

Agreed—everywhere I have worked for decades (private and public sector) senior management was part of the problem and not part of the solution.
They were professional liars and sociopaths—no exceptions.

How about this: get your employer to sign a contract that will pay you or your heirs $10 million, tax free, for medical benefits, burial expenses if you get sick or die. No contract; no jab.

The unvaccinated are openly called names like 'selfish, ignorant, stubborn, uninformed, etc. Not one letter about the other side of the argument (that they started) is printed. They no doubt are in total agreement that vaccines should be 'forced' on the unvaccinated and they always scoff at that 'freedom' thing. This mandate doesn't pose a threat to freedom! It's for the safety of everyone! We are all in this together! Can't you see that??
My blood is boiling over these nosey, nervous ninnies and make no mistake, they would be happy to see the unvaccinated shipped off in boxcars if it came down to that. And they wouldn't even blink an eye.
Another option, if you have any medical condition, is to put in for a reasonable accommodation under the ADA. If they fire you before the accommodation is resolved, more legal options.

Something very telling is the number of professional medical STAFF, who are presumably more knowledgeable about the “vaccines” than the lay public, are leaving their highly paid jobs rather than take the shots. New reports like this every day.

I'm aware. I have a genetic disorder which pre-disposes my immune system to kick into hyper-drive and create inflammation. (Ankylosing Spondylitis.) I'm immune system repressed (Humira) and my specialist advised me to get vaccinated as a result. I refused Pfizer and Moderna, J&J seemed to be the "least bad" option, IMO.
I will NOT be taking any form of booster going forward. I learned last week after a routine blood test that also included antibodies that I'd previously had Covid, which was as best my specialist and I could determine was Feb. of 2020 when I reported "the worst flu I ever had" to him, after getting the flu shot in his office three months prior.
My immune system has a high level of antibodies (still) which were likely boosted by the J&J shot I received back in April. I'm now part of a study being conducted that's tracking the immune system response for people with my condition and will be tested for antibodies regularly.
BTW, my specialist agrees with me that I will not "need" a booster of any kind.
AFAIC, both the Covid virus and China who created it as part of a bio-terror / bio-warfare plan can kiss my lilly white ass. So can Fuhrer Biden and his handlers too.
