The stuff you were asking about is called Xlear, it’s got xylitol in it.. There was much discussion of it here, which is why I got it. I found mine at Walgreens. The xylitol is the killer stuff. someone called it their “snot shot”.

NEW - 90 people were vaccinated against Covid with the third dose in a retirement home in Oberhausen, Germany. Of these, nine had reactions so severe that they had to be treated. Resuscitation procedures had to be initiated in two cases three days after vaccination.

Methinks the first jabs may have had a lot of placebos, as they went to many healthcare workers. So the healthcare worker survives and is ok, so they recommend it based on personal testimony and peer testimony. Then wider distribution, and the placebos go away.
Also saw a vid of Aussies. The statement was made the military (higher ups) were getting placebo and they knew it.
