I continued trying to find the niacin content of nutritional yeast, Red Star being the biggest seller. Here’s a bit more info about it. These sources don’t specify which brand of nutritional yeast. These all apparently refer to fortified nut. yeast. I need to contact Red Star to find out exactly what B Vitamins and amounts thereof their nut yeast contains.

I love Niacin. It’s the only vitamin that lets you know it’s working. I take it on and off. When I stop having the flush, I stop taking it. Wait a few days and then start up again just for the flush.

A male Afghan refugee who was departing the Ramstein Air Base in Germany for the United States was detained Monday after it was discovered during pre-flight screening that he had blasting caps and other explosives materials in his carry-on luggage, three U.S. officials told Just the News.
The man, who was born in the early 1990s and an Afghan citizen, was working as contractor for the U.S. government when he was evacuated, and officials believe the materials were related to his work and not terrorism, officials said.
Nonetheless, the man was placed on a restricted list and prevented from traveling to the U.S., according to a Transportation Security Administration summary of the incident obtained by Just the News. "Subject has been moved to a 'red list' and will not travel to the U.S." and U.S. air marshals were advised, the TSA memo stated.
Screeners, including a member of the German military assisting the U.S. at the Air Force base in Germany, found five blasting caps, one igniter switch, a "def cord" and one shock tube when the refugee was apprehended late Monday morning German time, according to officials and the TSA summary report.
"TSA advised that during the physical search (full open) of the individuals baggage a German military member identified a suspicious item in the baggage," the TSA memo stated. The explosives were taken outside the hangar, an ordinance team was summoned and the man removed from the entry line from the flight, the memo stated.
Though the man wasn't suspected of ill intent, the incident is a poignant reminder that the rushed evacuation and processing of refugees from a country with significant terrorist sympathies poses risks, although officials stressed the pre-flight screening did in fact work as it should.
It was not immediately clear how the man got the explosive materials inside Ramstein, but officials said they were working on the hypothesis that he had brought them with him from Afghanistan during his evacuation.
Officials said the Pentagon was taking the lead investigating since the episode occurred on a U.S. military installation. The FBI, Customs Border Protection, TSA and Homeland Security were assisting the investigation.
The incident occurred the same day Secretary of State Antony Blinken acknowledged many Afghan refugees were not fully vetted before they were evacuated from their country to U.S. bases elsewhere.
"In our effort to get as many people out as fast as we can while we had the airport functioning, we focused on doing just that," Blinken said, but officials are now "doing accountings on the back end as people arrive in the United States."

I don’t quite accept that the body once trained to create spike protein will stop on its own but I hope so. I expect the repeat boosters are because not everyone got the real crap first round in order that million not all experience side effects or death at once. I think the real crap is given over time.
But on the bright side true science has been able to develop treatments to stop cancer, diabetes etc so no doubt there exist some treatment to stop spike production. The cabal wouldn’t take a chance on accidentally getting spike shed and have no recourse.

I read post 1321 by rodguy911 earlier today. I don’t know if it’s truly the covenant of the cabal, but if it is, they’re not mixing with us, breeding with us, or even breathing the same air we breathe. Maybe the useful and expendable idiots referred to in that document (lowest levels of the cabal team) are mixing with us, but the upper echelons of the cabal aren’t. The document is clear about what will happen to those useful idiots one they’ve outlived their usefulness.
Real science and evolutionary history has shown us that life can evolve around extinction-style events. That may be why Kerry Chant, useful idiot and Health Minister of Australia, stated recently that citizens would have to become accustomed to endless boosters. Maybe the boosters are about trying to make sure we never evolve back into good health by overcoming the effects of the spike proteins.
It’s too soon to know how long the body produces spike proteins or sheds them. Some doctors (good guys) have proposed three weeks. The damage happens when the trillions of spike proteins attach to cell surfaces and interfere with the proper functioning of our organs and immune systems. How long that takes has yet to be determined, or at least yet to be announced. I imagine that researchers are figuring all of that out now by working with the vaccinated. Maybe we’ll know soon.
Haha! I was certainly there in spirit, but you know it wasn’t me because I wouldn’t have missed and I’d still be in jail and unavailable to post this. That happened Sunday in Newmarket, Ontario, north of Toronto.
What I’m most pleased about is the public seems to be aware that the federal government is driving the vax pass but has downloaded the implementation to the provinces. Manitoba, Quebec, British Columbia and Ontario have introduced them in some form. Trudeau believes he’s keeping his hands clean by not making it a national mandate, but the citizens seem to understand that if he wasn’t in favour of them, the provinces wouldn’t be introducing them either, so they’re blaming him anyway.
