I love Niacin. It’s the only vitamin that lets you know it’s working. I take it on and off. When I stop having the flush, I stop taking it. Wait a few days and then start up again just for the flush.

Wait til you try it with the melatonin. It's magical once you get to a high dose. Ridding yourself of inflammation is something special.
