In answer to your question about Trump, yes he took both. Sweetiepizer said that the doctors treating Trump at the hospital said so in one of the press conferences.

Depending on what sources you check, all 3 of the COVID vaccines are made from fetal cells. The manufacturers dispute this, but all 3 manufacturers state the vaccines were tested and/or developed on fetal cells that have been around since the early 70s. The labs keep replicating the cells and are still used for testing and development to this day.
Based on what I found, the same cells (named HEK 293-there’s another set of cells in existence) were used to test and/or develop the following drugs among others:

Pepto-Bismol
