Hey neighbor! Good to be among the deplorables and irredeemables of the Trump Train once again.
Thank you for the kind words.
We are closing early, but very slowly as the resort is under new ownership/management, and they are wanting to make several major improvements before calling it quits, so the season may extend into late October-early November, which is the normal closing period WHEN we have CUSTOMERS.
I have some medical appointments with the VA in NOV in Phoenix, so I might stay a short time with my brother before settling in Alpine for the winter.
Hey Rusty, GREAT to hear from YOU too! I commend all of you for keeping the Trump Train in such great shape.
I always get out of sorts when working in the wilderness with communications because of bandwidth constraints and limited cell service options.
That’s amazing. Dogs will do anything for their people.
Now I wonder what those moves are for in combat or police situations.
The dems keep their creeps when they are useful.
It’s mind-blowing for one that’s been around awhile to see Joker Weirdo Joe as prez...
I figured it out...empty Joe is easily handled by the real corrupt we saw surrounding him today at the 9/11 ceremony
They all were there for us all to see!
Never Forget GW Bush was Also there!
We all knew this but seeing it now 20 years later makes it more evident than ever!

This is a picture of NYC Firefighter Gary Box. On 9/11 his truck was stuck in traffic so he got out and ran to the towers. He died that day, his body never recovered. This is what a hero looks like. #NeverForget
How sad
Well after reading and seeing so much of today after work at this late hour....I need to take a long bath and ready myself for another work day tomorrow! :)
“I remember Bush calling the SwiftBoat Vets “vigilantes” in 2004”
And the Minutemen, which was mainly vets going to the border because Bush was doing about the same thing Biden is there.
And FR didn’t allow any threads about the Minutemen and seemed to back everything Bush did, as did Rush. The world felt crazy then. Luckily at least those 2 came back to conservatism.
Thank you so much Lakeside Granny for the very nice compliment. No books yet, but lots of practice so who knows maybe I am ready for the big leagues and just need to git’ er’ dun’.
I really missed the comradery here on the TT, but did manage to sneak in an occasional peek in between the hikers using the resort’s PC, allowing me to occasionally see what’s up with everyone and (as to) what’s being posted on the outside world.
Yes, it would be great if we could create conservative options for everything - education, media, shopping. We could do it too, if we would band together and put principles first. We are the majority and have the money.
“I remember one of the Bush’s referring to the Tea Party Patriots as “cockroaches” back in the day.”
I think you may be confused. It was the Tea Party calling the left cockroaches. I even remember Freepers posting pictures of cockroaches running around. Here is a person on the left complaining about us calling them names.
“You Republicans or Tea Party or, as one of your own called you, “the stupid party,” are a bunch of bullies. If you don’t get your way, you start your name calling. Back in 2008, you called us left wing liberals, then socialists and communists. Now we have been downgraded to cockroaches and Nazis.”

YES, birds of a feather.
Love your comment about Jill forgetting Joe’s meds!
Hey I got post 3113! That’s my favorite number! Except the negative of it. And with a repeating decimal. But as far as post numbers go, it’s as close as it gets.
We have a piece of the Twin Towers just across the bridge from me in Kennewick. Kennewick was one place of very few in the U.S. that got a piece of the tower. I feel ashamed that I have never gone over to see it. Always something else in life that comes up.

Hi CottonBall!
Nice to “see” you (again).
What REALLY broke my heart at the Shanksville (temporary) memorial were the artifacts and memorabilia that the family members of the murdered passengers left at the individual homemade wooden and painted icon-like angel statues/cutouts that some local craftsmen had made. There were stuffed animals and hand written notes left by fatherless and motherless children.
There is no way in hell we gave the evil doers the punishment that they deserved for their despicable acts of terror.
And how dare George W. Bush utter the nonsense that Islam is a religion of peace. spit!
Thank you.
