I have been taking Quercetin for thirty years. No side affects. Take it along with a big aspirin. Carotids pump like new.
Lots of information on efficacy there.
FWLIW I’ve been taking zinc and quercetin since June of last year. I’d already been taking D3 and C for years.
I take quercetin regularly and will take ivermectin if get virus
Quercetin works, and is otc.
ECGC works but less well, and is otc.
Hydroxychlorquine works, and is prescription. It’s precursors historically are chloroquine and quinine, the latter of which is available otc as pills or good small batch tonic waters.
Ivermectin works several ways beyond zinc (it is ant-viral and anti-inflammatory), is prescription for humans and dogs (exactly “Heartgard”), but is also available without a prescription for horses. Effectiveness demonstrated here:
When the bug bites me, I’m hitting it with everything I have and a doctor will prescribe.

....thanks for posting, I filed this away for future reference if needed...........
Zelenko said on the Stew Peters show that Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin are the “50 caliber” ammo which should be used if you can obtain it. Quercetin and something else (forgot that one) is the “22 caliber” in terms of strength and should be used as the alternate.

Here is the Zelenko protocol for usage:
The Zelenko protocol
Low Risk Patients
Young healthy people do not need prophylaxis against Covid 19.In young and healthy people, this infection causes mild cold-like symptoms. It is advantageous for these patients to be exposed to Covid-19, build up their antibodies and have their immune system clear the virus. This will facilitate the development of herd immunity and help prevent future Covid-19 pandemics. However, if these patients desire prophylaxis against Covid-19, then they should take the protocol noted below.
Moderate Risk Patients
Patients from this category are healthy but have high viral-load exposure. This group includes medical personnel, caregivers of high-risk patients, people who use public transportation or may otherwise be exposed, first responders and other essential personnel who are crucial to the continued functioning of society. These patients should be encouraged to take prophylaxis against Covid-19 in accordance with the protocol noted below.
High Risk Patients
Patients are considered high risk if they are over the age of 60, or if they are younger than 60 but they have comorbidities, that is, they have other health conditions that put them at risk. These patients have between a 5 to 10% mortality rate if they are infected with Covid-19. These patients should be strongly encouraged to take prophylaxis against Covid-19 in accordance with the protocol noted below.
Protocol for Low and Moderate Risk Patients
Elemental Zinc 25mg one a day Vitamin C 1000mg once a day: (see also)
Quercetin 500mg (OTC) once a day If Quercetin is unavailable, then use Epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG) 400mg (OTC) once a day: (see also)
Protocol for High Risk Patients
Elemental Zinc 25mg one a day Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) 200mg once a day for 5 days, then once a week: (see also)
If HCQ is not available, then use Low and Moderate risk protocol
Bfl
I’m taking quercetin with vitamin C daily, and a 50mg zinc tablet once a week.
My wife and I have been taking C, D3, Zinc, and Quercetin from the start. We both got COVID, were mildly sick but really sailed right through. 60 years old (give or take) and overweight with well-managed high blood pressure. I figure we are immune now from all variants. Still taking all the same stuff.
I’ve been taking a quercetin/zinc combo for most of a year now, along with D. No side effects that I’m aware of. If i get so much as a sniffle I take another zinc and it’s gone in an hour. Might be my imagination since I can’t see how it could work as fast as that, but it seems to work.
I have been privileged, in the last year, to be able to get year-round sunshine, and I take zinc daily.
When I contracted the virus, I took two ivermectin immediately.
I suffered for 24 hours, and then the virus completely disappeared. It was astounding.
Thoughts on which is better or best?

Please check Peter McCullough’s protocol carefully, but I believe it says all can be taken together. I do not believe Ivermectin benefits are as an ionophore but it is extremely effective in its own method of operation, which is very complicated.

Sorry in advance for the long post. I will detail personal experience I want to share. I was not educated on Covid as much as I thought until this. Hope this is helpful. My mother got Covid symptoms last Wednesday. She was fully vaccinated. Her regular Dr. gave her standard 6mg Dexymehesone protocol. Thursday, Friday bad wheezing. Saturday received Regeneron. At this time we were very hopeful. We figured since she’s getting a Regeneron the worst of it would be behind her. Sunday, Monday however she got much worse very bad coughing low Oxygen 90-93 range. So bad she went to hospital. They said she had partial “Covid Pneumonia”. They urged her to be admitted. Her regular Dr. wanted her to be ommitted. They inisted she needed O2. She did not want to. She called me. I live out of town. I suggested we find another Dr. and go back home see how it goes. I found a website covid19criticalcare.com. I had her follow their protocol. We urgently tried to get Ivermectin. Tuesday O2 still low 89-91. We were able to get Ivermectin late morning on Tuesday. Note It is tough to do in a time crunch under time pressure when you don’t know where to go, appointments take time, and many doctors won’t prescribe it. Again, my mother took her first dose Tuesday about noon. Crossed fingers. To great dissapointment Wednesday morning she was very bad O2 at 87-89 and she felt terrible. We had come to prepare arrangements to go her to the hospital. Started second guessing our decisions and instincts. We were Very despondent and was concerned maybe we made a mistake admittkng her in the hospital. Second guessing. Then a little after noon almost 24 hours to the minute from taking her first dose of Ivermectin her O2 shot back up to 93 and was she feeling better. Then next day Thursday O2 94-95, Friday O2 98. Saturday (yesterday) O2 98. Taste coming back feeling almost 100% minus little cough.
That is the exact timeline of her case. I really feel and believe 100% the Ivermectin is was what changed the course for her. However, note she had Regeneron, Doxycycline, Ivermectin, and Vitamin C, D, Zinc. Thus, I would recommend all three because technically it could’ve been anyone of those or all of them together. But again, I really feel it was the Ivermectin.
Lesson to me. This is only my opinion from my experience. Her regular doctor respectfully sucked for Covid. You need a doctor that is willing to prescribe Ivermectin and all the latest tools aggressively. Avoid hospitals as best you can even when they’re suggested to you. Very last resort. If you do need hospital find one that has a more flexible treatment protocols, if available. Go to covid19criticalcare great website. Found a Dr. for the Ivermectin there. Stock up on any of their protocol items abead of time and follow their protocols such as vitamins etc…
Hope Sharing my experience can be helpful. There’s a lot of stuff that happened during this process. It would make a very wordy post even wordier. Crazy stuff. I have much less respect what is going on in this Hospital Systems and some of the Dr.’s who work in them.
Perfect topic to keep...
America’s Frontline Doctors - How to get Ivermectin
https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/treatments/how-do-i-get-covid-19-medication/
Wife has an HCQ prescription for something else, got the Wuhan flu last year and barely noticed it. Donates blood with antibodies now.
I found out in Jan of 2021 that I had COVID in February of 2020 (From blood donation testing for antibodies).
In the spring of 2020
I put both my 88 yr old Mom and myself on this regiment.
Since then, Mom has been exposed at least 6 times. I brought home the virus at least 3 times, as I was in Hots Spots where all my COVID Virgin friends caught it, but I didn't, 2 times in rehab from a hip replacement(from the Physical Therapist.. everyone else got it), and a month ago when she was out with family friends & they kissed goodbye then 2 days later they tested positive.
I donate my antibodies monthly & the Blood people told me if I get the Jab, I would most likely get very sick from it and it would destroy my natural immunity.
Neither of us have been Jabbed and we have no plans to. Oh I am 64.
Ivermectin is available from Amazon and Tractor Supply as a horse paste. Contains the same ingredients as the pill form and doesn’t taste very good. Been taking it once a week for several weeks. No problems.
