Both licenses lapsed after 09/2003.

Unknown where she got her Ph.D or Ed.D.

I’m with you on this one. I’ve only ever been able to find the one picture,
her credentials aren’t as impressive as they could be, Seth is over the
top on this one… I’m more than doubtful. It tastes like someone is putting
a more horrible story out there, so the less horrible, but true stories don’t
get traction.
