Did some checking and Jane Piampiano Ruby was licensed as a Registered Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner (in Adult Health) with Prescriptive Privileges in New York State.
Both licenses lapsed after 09/2003.
Unknown where she got her Ph.D or Ed.D.
