The Tim Tebow tight end experiment in Jacksonville has come to an end. Tebow was released by the Jaguars today, ending a very brief return to football and likely ending his NFL career. Anyone who saw Tebow’s “highlights” from the Jaguars’ preseason opener had little doubt that he was failing as a tight end. He did nothing as a receiver and was painfully bad as a blocker. Once among America’s most popular athletes, Tebow is probably now done in pro sports.
To think of the dirt bags the Jags will keep on the payroll and then they let TBow go let’s me know that someone in the NFL has it in for TBow and his Christian faith.
He already has a full time job with his foundation. God has better plans for him.
Except in Dallas, where it’s 90% Cowboys, and 10% other news...lol.
He was terrible. He can’t block. The hardest part people have coming back to football after an absence is the contact. It’s just not normal to seek hitting and being hit by 300 lb people. 9 years out, and having been a QB before then, just didn’t put him in a good spot to be a TE. He kept shying away from contact.
Poor guy. He is always in the news, but going no where, sportswise.
And he still is tied with Dak Prescott for the number of career playoff wins: ONE. I pull out that statistic when I hear Cowboys fans bragging... lol.
Well God sent Tebow the Broncos and the Jets and the Patriots and now the Jaguars. Maybe it's time for him to accept that he's just not cut out for the NFL.

Tell me about it.
“Jerry Jones and Dak comment on meteor about to destroy all life on Earth”
It really angered me that the ‘girls continue to draw crowds after jones joined them in taking a knee for burnlootmurder.
GO Gators!
The programming on The Fan is at least 75% Cowboys, Not a winning strategy with a team that hasn’t made it to an NFC title game in 26 years.
I’ve noticed they have fewer sponsors than a year or two ago. I expect to see a shakeup at the station should the Cowboys falter again.
There’s no help coming from the Rangers or Mavericks, even with Luka. Lol, my grandson ditched his Luka gear when the Wizards drafted Corey Kispert, his favorite player. It didn’t hurt that there’s another former Zag on the Wizards, Rui Hachimura.
Of course, Mark Cuban is a woke jerk as far as I’m concerned. The Mavericks will never be serious contenders, even with Luka.
Go Gators!
Thanks for all that
I just do not follow sports here that closely.
I was a packer packer out of respect for the franchise back when I watch the nfl. I have not watched a game in over 3 years I think.
I am originally from L.A. so have had no home nfl team since the original rams. Maybe a little fun with the raiders but nothing serious.
Now my Sandays are my own (well, my wife’s lol).
