He voted to ADVANCE the bill when 60 votes needed.
Who does he think he's fooling?
The arch-RINO from Texas is not being sincere here.

Because as I pointed out on another thread you have to vote for Cloture in order to have debate. If you don’t want to have the debate you just don’t even have cloture. Cloture gives the Republicans the ability to debate and show the public what kind of pork is in the bill. This is important because it establishes what the Democrats are trying to put across in the bill.

These Bush League Republicans KNOW they are assisting the Democrats to destroy the country.
Re-electing Assistant Democrats only assists the Democrats.
They NEVER helped US or President Trump.

Just another example that RINOs are nothing but wishy-washy individuals. All of them must go.

A Senator votes for a bill before he reads it. Then after he actually reads the bill, and knows what’s in it, he votes against it.
Amazing how that works.
To: RandFan
Yep, that is an old Republican trick, vote to end the filibuster, which requires 60 votes, to let the bill slip in, and then vote against it when it only require 51 votes. Then he can go back home and say , “Why hell yes, I voted against the damn bill.”
