Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Employees Asked to Certify Vaccination Status
The safety and well-being of our workforce continues to be our highest priority.

Those who attest to not being fully vaccinated or who decline to disclose their status must wear a face covering at all times while on ***** property (in accordance with both federal and ***** guidelines), must maintain physical distance, must undergo new screening test protocols (guidance under development) and have their official travel restricted. ***** is updating its current COVID guidelines to reflect these requirements.
Important Reminders:
· Vaccination is a personal choice; you are not required to receive the COVID vaccine. However, you are required to fill out a Certification of Vaccination form per federal guidelines.
· ***** is not requiring you to disclose your vaccination status, but we are asking that you do so voluntarily. On the Certification of Vaccination form you have the option to check that you “decline to respond.”
· ***** will maintain a respectful work environment. This includes respecting those who choose not to receive the vaccine or disclose their status, and respecting those who are vaccinated and choose to take conservative health precautions.
We will communicate additional information, including more details about the COVID-19 screening test program, and any changes to TVA requirements as they are finalized.

So, what will happen if a good percentage of the TVA workers write “decline to respond”?
The problem with the card is that not filling out the certification form truthfully can result in adverse personnel action up to and including termination and may affect current/future security clearances. 18 USC ss 1001.
Still, I’m so close to retirement - I’m going to get legal assistance. I’m not going to give up my constitutional rights over a freaking glorified flu. No way.

Nothing looks different from my former workplace** during pre-shot times, except for the more frequent testing; before, folks only got tested if they had been around someone who had gotten sick & popped a positive.
Everyone had to mask up, spread out, and avoid official travel.

I suspect that a good number of ***** (ha ha) employees WILL decline to respond, at first. I am certain that all the union folks are already gearing up for some action (or inaction).
I’m going to look at this from all angles. I MAY just tell them I got vaxxed and let it go at that - if they ask for proof, I lost it. No law said I have to carry around vaxx proof.
Also, I have over 1400 hours of accrued sick leave time. I’m pretty sure that wearing a mask all day would cause some illness. And I bet I’m not the only one that would be getting ill quit often.
At least your agency added the “Important Reminders”. That was missing from the email I got.
Fortunately I’m a remote employee so unless I have to travel to a government building I won’t have to get the jab or get tested. And I can retire, which gives me some leverage.
Send the blank forms back with hippa law and Nuremberg Code attached.
Odds are 90% you’ll get fired.

My take on the form-
Is it untruthful even if someone says on the form “decline to respond”?
That’s not saying one way or the other; they’re not saying “yes I got the shot” when they didn’t, and “no I didn’t get it” when they did.
Democrats go back to their "Roots": slavery and segregation. "Colored" Democrats are even convinced that segregation is for their own good. Will the kids have separate drinking fountains?

We’ve had the luxury of only having to wear a mask in common areas, which do NOT include the desk at which I sit for 12 hours.
The testing protocol - well, my body, my choice, and they have NO freaking right to stick anything in my body, be it a test swab, a needle, or whatever.
1400 hours of sick time accumulated over the years - I think I’ll be using it. If I hold out to September 30, I’m eligible for the full incentive bonus.

I retired before all this madness started; at the time, only folks over 65 could get the shots, and I was 64.
Wow! I watched the video of the Bye-Bye, Coumo street party. I did not like the filthy language, but I sure did enjoy their anger, especially after they promised de Blasio they are coming for him.
