The problem with the card is that not filling out the certification form truthfully can result in adverse personnel action up to and including termination and may affect current/future security clearances. 18 USC ss 1001.

Still, I’m so close to retirement - I’m going to get legal assistance. I’m not going to give up my constitutional rights over a freaking glorified flu. No way.

Note that pharmacists have been given a bad rap because “they were not dispensing HCQ for ‘rona”. Like the docs re prescribing HCQ for ‘rona, many state boards were threatening pharmacists licenses if they filled ‘scripts for ‘rona.

In job postings I noticed many slots for jabbing pharmacists, that either went unfilled for a while -—no one interested? no customers???

I think many pharmacists, especially those that do retail practice and are older, may have a jaundiced eye towards much of this krap.
