I suspect that a good number of ***** (ha ha) employees WILL decline to respond, at first. I am certain that all the union folks are already gearing up for some action (or inaction).
I’m going to look at this from all angles. I MAY just tell them I got vaxxed and let it go at that - if they ask for proof, I lost it. No law said I have to carry around vaxx proof.
Also, I have over 1400 hours of accrued sick leave time. I’m pretty sure that wearing a mask all day would cause some illness. And I bet I’m not the only one that would be getting ill quit often.
