It was very long, hot and humid.
I usually do 6 miles.
We have a walking trail nearby, which used to be a railroad track.
Pushed myself and did 7.25 miles, and am now recuperating.
I try to get a walk in, sometimes doesn’t work out like today I wanted to get to Slaveway before the flatlanders got there, did get plenty of walking in store, that counts doesn’t it?
Hubby knows that I don’t like walking with a dog for my exercise, dogs stop too much to smell the roses, so I don’t think that would work but thanks for the suggestion and trying to help.

I like to walk when the temp is in the 60’s which it is here early in the morning.
