It does; we work the same here at the state. No one knows my password but me, and I’m required to change it periodically. If we’re in the office, we’re not allowed to even go to the printer or bathroom with our computer screen unlocked; it’s a HIPAA violation.
Other people including IT can access my computer, but they have to log in as themselves or I have to be on my computer & give them permission to access my computer remotely (like when they’re loading new software or fixing a problem).
A good forensic IT person should be able to determine who logged in (the login and password anyway) and when.
But I’m like you; I can’t tell whose website and whose passwords are involved! Guess I have to be patient. *taps foot*

The death occurred in UK, Dubai, Switzerland, India, and Indonesia.
Last week my close friend’s majority of Adult family members passed away. Her husband was a Doctor in Indoanisa, fully vaccinated (Chinese Covid vaccine) brought infection at home, he died along with his parents, in-laws. Now she is left with her daughter and sister-in-law’s 8 yrs old son.
The same happened in India and Dubai.
India was bad, Indonesia is going through worse.
It’s a horror show everywhere.
In Dubai, my cousin who is a Doctor already had a Chinese Vaccine now started Pfizer also. Doctors are scared.
