The disease is being found in slightly more vaxxed people than nonvaxxed people in Israel right now. That could be because they have a very high percentage of vaxxed people, so the 36% of the vaxxed who are vulnerable, or perhaps were more exposed to the virus, are getting covid.
Pfizer is developing a version of the vaccine that will counter the delta variant. They'll being testing it in August. Until then vaxxed people should be even more careful than they have been so far.
That is true here, a well as in Israel. We could be a bit more diligent, but we have so much political opposition here. Israel is slightly more forceful as a goverment.
