You can get the jab with your Big Mac and super size fries and coke.
In the meantime, McDonald’s, at least in my area, has yet to put their yogurt parfaits back on the menu. They were inexpensive, tasted good, had actual fruit, and kept the granola part separate if you didn’t want the calories.
Speaking of calories, we have an in-person meeting at work this week and have been told management is supplying the donuts. I can’t wait to watch all the people who are at least 100 pounds overweight munching down on their third donut while they complain about how many people are not getting the vax.
They can have my share of the donuts while I eat the fruit and yogurt parfait I bring from the grocery store and complain about how I am going to have buy new clothes because I went from a size 8 to 6.
Then by all means, get yourself vaccinated
Doctors these days remind me of the doctor in the movie “A Million Ways to Die in the West” when burying the guys mother he tells the son he is sorry and he did everything he could and the son replies that was not his fault, she had a cuticle, there was nothing he could have done.
My mom just came out of the hospital and they had a hard time finding her a room. The emergency room nurse told me that “America is sick, because they didn’t go to their doctors during the pandemic or get their regular checkups, etc. Now, they’re paying the price for not seeing their doctors during that period of time.”
I agree. My wife is an ER nurse and while there are patients in the covid unit, the ER is full of heart and diabetes patients who were told not to visit their doctor because of covid.

I can see it now, “I’ll have the McChicken with a side order of McVaccine, hold the death”.
We were short of antiseptic wipes and different medications. We ran out of everything. They had medical assistants who were cutting the those wipes in half just keep us in some sort of inventory.
The supply of of ventilators and even nasal cannulas was depleted. We ran out of N95 masks and were compelled to use Tupperware in order keep reusing them. We ran out of everything.
Of course that was in a genuine big city hospital. Perhaps things were different in the East Osh Kosh clinic in your area.

I had a hip replacement a year ago and the last night of my week long stay the suddenly moved me to the COVID ward. I’ve been told that was so they could get federal money by counting me as a COVID patient.
The only things I get at McDonalds these days (in the rare times that I do go) is their black coffee and Egg McMuffins.
As for yogurt, I've had that pretty much every morning for the past 20 years. The whole milk (high fat - low sugar) varieties with fresh berries swirled in. Along with 2-3 eggs fried in Kerrygold butter. This morning routine has resulted in great blood profiles with LOW cholesterol!
My favorite yogurt right now is the Siggi's Triple Cream 9%.

My daughter works in a hospital in Tulsa. She sees an increase in COVID patients.
Haven’t there been a lot of illegals shipped to those two areas? Florida and Oklahoma?

She may not know that the family has to ask for it. It’s in Florida and not sure what the regulations are.”
Don’t know how a family request would be made in Florida but it haunts me here as I had been in this person’s restaurant and didn’t see him, the owner. I paused not he way out to ask staff and pass along regards but none was in the room Later, I heard he was in the hospital and had a lengthy fight losing to the ChiCom Virus. He was in his early 40s and had a family.
