Typically, they'd mostly be gone by four to six weeks. So that's the basis of this claim that it could offer protection for years. If true, that will be a big blow obviously to vaccine makers, at least for Moderna and BioNTech.
Pfizer would be fine because it's so diversified. It's really hard to make an argument for the valuations of Moderna and BioNTech right now if these vaccines are one and done over a couple of years. They really need to have ongoing sales until they can get growth from other drugs in their pipelines.
Speights: Right. Obviously, if these vaccines provide immunity for multiple years, these companies aren't going to make nearly as much money as they expect and a lot of investors expect.

Actually a multi-year vaccine will still make plenty of money. Heck in the long run maybe even more, you can charge more, and you’ll get folks who don’t want to get a shot every year but are still generally willing. Haven’t heard of any tetanus shot makers going bankrupt. I think they’ll be fine.
I find the recent government announcements that booster shots won’t be necessary curiously intriguing...

There’s no downside to any and all errors — deliberate or unintentional — made by the experimental “vaccine” manufacturers as they have been awarded complete immunity (the only immunity associated with the experimental “vaccines”) by their business partner, the Democrat/communist/Left-controlled U.S. government. (I wouldn’t at all be surprised if we someday learn that Hunter Biden has “a piece of the action” which would of course include the normal 10% “taste” paid to “Pops”.)

I got the Pfizer vaccine and am doing fine. The magnetism took some getting used to at first, but on the plus side I never have to worry about dropped keys or paperclips ever again! /s
I thought PFE stock would go down in light of the Israeli 64% effective vs. Delta figure. But it hasn’t. Perhaps it make sense to buy December puts on these stocks in expectation of more failure. They are SO overbought.

Israel did a pretty comprehensive study on the COVID vax. It was published by some anti-vaxxers; unfortunately the actual data shows only 4 people over the age of 60 (out of 15396) and 0 people under the age of 60 (out of 28475) dying of COVID 14+ days after their second shot, which is when full immunity from the vaccine. I decided the risk of vaccination did not outweigh the risk of COVID, which probably wouldn't kill me but might give me permanent lung damage. I'm a healthy early 30-something and so far the only side effects I've had from the vaccine have been similar to those you would get from a flu shot (headache, fatigue, pain at the injection site). Similar duration too.

Then why did you complain about there were no adverse affects mentioned in the article? It’s possible there are investors in these companies on this forum, but they probably don’t care like you say, but you never know for sure.

AZ and J&J are designed to inject new DNA strands into the nucleus of a cell which will encode the mRNA, which leaves the nucleus into the ribosomes to produce the spike proteins. This cycle will continue until the cell dies as the DNA remains in the nucleus to continue encoding more and more mRNA. This differs from Moderna and Pfizer as they send mRNA directly into the cell to make the spike proteins, which then dissipates/dissolves after its instructions are completed with no additional mRNA to be encoded as no DNA is put into the cell to keep encoding it.
