Educators around the country have come out to condemn a 'Dismantling Racism in Mathematics' program which tells teachers not to push students to find the correct answers to math problems because doing so promotes white supremacy.
The program is centered around a workbook for teachers entitled 'A Pathway to Equitable Math Instruction' which asserts that America's education system – even mathematics instruction – reinforces the dominant power structures of white colonizers.
Grading students, asking them to show their work, requiring participation and even pushing them to get the right answer are depicted in the workbook as harmful to minorities.
The workbook was created by Oakland, California-based advocacy group The Education Trust-West under its 'Dismantling Racism in Mathematics Instruction' initiative, which is funded through a $1million grant from The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
So far, the workbook is being used by school districts in Georgia, Ohio, California and Oregon, according to education news site The 74 Million.

What Bill Gates is really saying, is that he is a racist who doesn't want competition from blacks or any other ethnicity that might actually be smarter than him down the road.
So, let me get this straight. “Educators” are now prepared to essentially undermine and destroy a key and fundamental foundation of rational thought, of logic, and of inquiry?
What are they doing then? Certainly not “educating” any one. They are determined to destroy the very basis of human sanity. All in an illegitimate and ridiculous attempt to end all rational discourse and intellectual pursuit as the very foundation of Western Civilization.
So much for their lop sided and disingenuous worship of “science”, which is in actuality the perversion of same. This is literally, the “End of Education”, the “Death of Science” and the insane “launch into the Abyss”, so long dreaded by mature and sane Americans.
If this sentiment takes hold, we are on the precipice of the “New Dark Age”. And there is no way of knowing how destructive and prolonged this will be. This is something to fight against, with everything we have, it should be more than clear by now.

Or they could teach them that regardless of whatever crappy beginning you had in life a solid math education is your ticket out.
Math doesn’t care what color you are or what neighborhood you grew up in.
Progressives have all these new school rules for black kids. Don’t really teach them because they are lower level thinkers and cannot compete against “normal” people. Don’t suspend or expel them beyond the representation they have in the school despite they offend at 4X the rate of others because they are incapable of self discipline like “normal” people. Misinform them that they screw up because of the white kid next to them rather than the dysfunctional culture they are raised in without a father.Basically,don’t educate, don’t discipline and misinform. If that is school for them, they are better off being truants

When Obama was an Illinois Senator he and Bill (step on the American flag) Ayers had gained total control of the distribution of funds from the Annenberg foundation which they passed its millions on to lefty fronts offering courses to Illinois and Chicago schools pushing the what soon would be the BLM agenda. The late great Author and investigative reporter Stanley Kurtz had been asked about this when he was interviewed about socialist plans for the suburbs.
For at that time when Obama was doing this Kurtz tried to expose those radical left study programs over a program held by WGN radio’s Extension 720 hosted by Milton Rosenberg but was threatened by protesters who prevented a cohearent presentation.
The complete epitome of true racism: that these liberals actually believe that minority children can’t learn. In all my time in the Marines, I could never detect any difference at all among my Marines when it came to learning. Or bravery. Or leadership ability. Or anything else.
The only thing holding anybody back are idiots like these “educators”.
What would Jaime Escalante of “Stand and Deliver” fame say about this? Nothing good, I’m sure.
