Agree 100%. Let’s restore the US dollar is the worlds currency, bitcoin is a scam that needs to be shut down, I never understood how it was ever legal to begin with, just a blatant attempt to launder money and avoid taxes.
It’s the currency of choice for those Ransomware hackers.

The whole bitcoin thing just never sat well with me.
Bitcoin is a cryto hobbyists cool idea but has several fatal design flaws. Achilles heels that will prevent it from being widely scaled out.
He’s old fashioned. Nothing wrong with being uninformed about new technologies.
Trump helped create the speculative mania in items like bitcoin with his insistence that the Fed pump fiat via debt instruments. Is this 3D chess on his part?
Will be interesting to see if it goes higher or lower. Don’t know how many MAGA people are into crypto. I know there’s a few here. I made a few bucks off of it but I don’t take it seriously as a currency. The blockchain is definitely useful though.
If I can’t hold it in my hand, I don’t want it.

Given 25 percent of all money ever printed was printed in the last 12 months, how do you suppose that’s going to happen - restoring the currency?
It was the US that renegged on Bretton Woods. It was our Dollar, and their problem.
Well, now there are many, many more dollars chasing way, way too few goods.
And, the current admin is going to make sure to print many, many more dollars to chase even fewer goods.
So there you go. If wishes were fishes.
The market responded, as it does - crypto. The VALUE of crypto doesn’t change. All it does is reflect the current actual value of the dollar.
Bitcoin exists only in electronic impulses. When the owner of the website and the software decides to cash it all in, and dismantle the website, you are left holding your keyboard.
There will be no trace of Bitcoin. No use going to Google’s cache. No owner to track down and sue. Your “money” will have vanished, and there is no insurance. No monthly statements in the mail. No 1099s to the IRS. Gone.
When the feds / deep state shut down the internet and the chicoms shut down the power grid you won't be able to buy a can of beans with your bitcoin.
Unfortunately so is the US dollar.
It will be reinvented a few times, especially to make it quantum-proof. And it doesn't really matter what non-fans think, it will happen.
