Washington D.C. police are offering $10,000 for any information about 42-year-old Maryland resident Kenneth Miles Davis' whereabouts
Police say Davis shot a woman in a road rage incident on May 19 while her two kids were in the car
The driver was struck in the shoulder and a 5-year-old was hit by the shattered glass while the 11-year-old was traumatized
Surveillance footage from the event shows Davis getting out of his car and approaching a gray sedan that he starts shooting
He then turns back and begins to shoot the car behind him, before getting into his Maserati and making a U-turn
Once apprehended, police say, Davis will be charged with assault with a dangerous weapon

It’s DC. This guy probably works for the gubmint or in some other criminal enterprise.
Assault? That was attempted first degree murder.

I’m guessing it involves a mid-east embassy inhabitant and that diplomatic immunity will be invoked.
Has his employer issued a statement saying he’s fired?

I’m surprised the cops / DA followed through with filing false report charge.
I have video of 3 violent felonies against me but the cops chose to arrest me for resisting arrest because I was so upset.
Would really love to hear someone explain why this isn’t attempted murder.
Hitting someone in the face with a beer bottle or bat is ‘assault with a dangerous weapon.’ Aiming a firearm purposefully at a human and pulling the trigger is attempted murder...
...unless of course the vics are white and the perps are black, I guess.
Yep, In Maryland its virtually impossible if you are not part of the elite connected class. DC issues permits even to non-residents (because they have to) and while it isn’t exactly “easy” it is doable.

“dangerous weapon”? Maybe that way he can avoid the more serious charge of having a gun in d.c.
Thing is, he could just have chalked it up to a dumb blond and kept going but he wanted to be some sort of macho a** and have it out.

He’s got cred now so I see a bright political future ahead for this guy. He’s almost guaranteed to get elected to some type of political office in the DC area.
