I wont do it. I cant do it. Its not safe and the fact that the government has blocked HCQ+/Ivermectin and even censured doctors for begging for it just validates my suspicions that the vaccine is part of an evil plot. I'm asking for fellow Freepers to help me by pointing to facts that I can (politely) use to show a potential employer that I am no threat....or something like that. Thank you!!

You could counterpoint that theOHSA has ruled that employers, who require vaccination, are responsible for the risks to those they require to be vaccinated.

This is where one’s wallet meets ones principles. Can’t pay the bills with a principled stand.

If you are asked in a job interview point blank about getting a vaccine which is still not fully approved by the FDA, you can claim that there is no reason for your prospective employer to know about your status, but you basically tlelgraph it by saying that. Either lie up front (I was vaxxed but lost my papers), be truthful up front (I am not gonna do it.) Or hedge with an edge case up front (I have a history of blood clotting disorders in my family, after the X incident, we had many meetings as a family and decided that we would be vaccinated when. The FDA gives final approval.

Whatever you do, don’t hesitate. Only asking for trouble if you do.

That is the big problem and you won’t be able to do anything about it. Getting a Covid vaccination is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to get one unless you happen to want to get a job, get on an airplane, check into a hotel, go to a sporting event, attend a play, etc., etc., etc.

Tell them you already have antibodies and that you object to the vaccine on religious grounds.

If I were in your position I would do one of two things:

1. Tell them it’s none of their business (if you want to take a principled stand even at the risk of losing out on a job offer).

2. Lie about it (if that particular job is that important to you).

As someone who has worked in senior corporate management roles in the past, I suspect most employers have no interest in the stupid vaccines, may only ask about it (or require you to attest that you got it) to cover their asses legally, and really don’t care if you lie about your medical history.

well since you ask, i’m going to go in a direction a bit different from yours. very simply,

honesty is the best policy. — Geo. Washington and many others. honesty also implies directness, clarity and conciseness.

so, if i were in the interview or the interviewer, the correct answer for me is either the whole, relevant truth, or that’s private info and i won’t disclose that. i would never lie or attempt to confuse someone.

don’t go into long winded, pseudo rhetorical, manipulating answers.

to paraphrase our Lord, let your answers be yes, yes or no, no.

I don’t think you’ll be asked but, if you are, simply say:

“Vaccination? I ain’t got no vaccination. I don’t need no vaccination! I don’t have to show you any stinkin’ vaccination card!”

Just kidding… you won’t be asked, IMHO.

All future employers are worried about their liability if they hire someone who has not been vaccinated.

Until the Courts or Congress or the White House settle the issue, most employers are going to find a reason NOT to hire you.

It does NOT matter to them why you are a no-vax.

What does matter is if you get sick, or if you infect someone else while performing your job.

You might want to track down the OSHA article (it’s on FR) in which OSHA says employers may be held liable for adverse reactions from the ‘vaccine’ if the employee is required to take it.

Might be time for prepaid-legal service. I think they’d have you document ALL communication you provide to your attorney. They give advice and tell you your rights, what and how to respond without actually representing you, if you use prepaid services.

If you don’t like the attorney assigned to assist you, many such legal aid policies will let you choose to have another attorney call to answer your questions.

They won’t ask until you’ve got the job all locked up and you’ve quit the current one or decline other new ones. That’s the worst.

Ask them first: “are there medical requirements for this job?” (Many already require drug tests, flu shots, hepatitis shot, etc.)

If the answer is “we require the covid vaxx”, be ready to lie or tell them to pound sand.
