A group of Midwestern farmers sued the federal government Thursday alleging they can’t participate in a COVID-19 loan forgiveness program because they’re white.
The group of plaintiffs includes farmers from Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota and Ohio.
According to the lawsuit, the Biden administration’s COVID-19 stimulus plan provides $4 billion to forgive loans for socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers who are (b)lack, American Indian, Hispanic, Alaskan native, Asian American or Pacific Islander.
White farmers aren’t eligible, amounting to a violation of the plaintiffs’ constitutional rights, the lawsuit contends. …

Every victim of racism should file lawsuits. There are laws against discrimination and our government is breaking the laws.
I am a generally a Trump supporter, but I wonder if everyone is okay with this:

I tend to ignore what never-Trumpers write about Trump and his plans. The actual Platinum Plan appears geared towards people who believe in self-sufficiency rather than more government handouts, and it took stealing an election to stop the implementation of such plans.
What’s next? Now that the Dems have gutted the equal protection clause to exclusively favor their people of color constituency over white skin pigmentation, will they resurrect Dred Scott, this time counting white folks as 3/5 of a person vis a vis people of color
Ya, I sat through an intolerable farmer’s market meeting where the director proceeded to stumble over words to the effect, “the board is trying to figure out how to have more diversity among the farmer-venders...” They acknowledged they ran the most expensive market to attend in downtown Boston, and that there is no room for more vendors...BUT, we need more diversity! Meanwhile, I did not chime in to inform them that all the non non-Hispanic whites make up less than 3% of farmers in maskachusetts. No idea where they think they are going to find the nonexistant population of minority farmers (FYI women don’t count) to present just the right amount of virtue signaling to the folks at Copley Plaza, but they thought of it and it’s in the meeting minutes, so that’s all that really counts, right?
