Funny you mention that. My local alphabet news network station was Carrying some reporter who is interviewing random people in the area. Every single one of them, one front of the TV camera, was all excited/relieved/happy, etc. That justice was served, etc. etc. etc.
Funny how was the TV cameras get turned off they go back to the exact same chance in messages they have had since day one.

Its already happening. Most victims of urban killers are minorities. Over the past two years almost none of the killers have been arrested, tried, been convicted or imprisoned. Urban America is lawless and unlivable. Who in their right mind would invest capital in these places except in extraordinary circumstances?
