There is, I think the porch needs to be over 31 inches or so off the ground, but the general contractor that I talked to said my porch is lower than the required minimum so codes doesn’t require the railing.

Same reason my couple of steps don’t require a handrail so there’s not one there. But I’m getting older and I want/need a handrail there. LOL

Good thing about it though...a door and shutters won’t take much paint to fix if I screw it up!

All this talk about people getting new houses has me in the mood for spiffing up my house (bought in 2017) and I do have some projects planned.

I hate the trim color (door, garage, porch, shutters) on it. The beige and white on the sample pretty much matches what’s there now. ARS 16-621 addresses damaged and defective ballots. All duplicated ballots shall be clearly labeled & include a serial number matching the duplicate. They’ve found them on the dupes ballots but not on the originals. They should match 1:1 and they do NOT. Extremely #concerning!

The latest example may come across as a minor thing, but considering the circumstances it’s clear that he wanted this to be about him, not them. It was their special day as the latest graduated class for the Coast Guard were honored to have the President of the United States speaking to them. Biden had to make it weird.
