Grifters fill the ranks of many Republican and “conservative” organizations in America. They prey on unsuspecting patriots and MAGA-supporters who are so oppressed by Big Tech, mainstream media, and the current regime in Washington DC that we’re often willing to fall for their scams. Arguably the worst “official” organization is the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Mitch McConnell’s RINO-electing PAC that has absolutely ZERO affiliation with Donald Trump, the America-First agenda, or the MAGA movement.
Do they help Republican incumbents retain power? Yes. But that often works against conservatives as they push for McConnell’s fellow RINOs to stay in office while quashing conservative primary challengers. They are the GOP Establishment, the “right-leaning” arm of The Swamp. And they lie. They lie a lot. Case-in-point: Their most recent fundraising email the fraudulently claims association with Donald Trump’s “social media.”
It’s absolutely stunning how they can fit so many lies into a single fundraising email. The subject-line itself is a bald-faced lie. “Thousands of Conservatives have Signed Up for Trump’s Social Media.” No, they have not. Nobody has. Why? Because Donald Trump does not have a social media platform through which people can sign up. Sure, anyone can sign up for updates from his “desk,” the pseudo-social-media page on his website through which he can make announcements like he used to do on Twitter. But signing up through the NRSC does NOT sign you up for those updates.
It’s actually comical that they included the line, “Sign up to show them that the MAGA agenda will NOT be silenced.” The NRSC has actively opposed the MAGA agenda in all forms other than as a fundraising tool. If you support Donald Trump and have a desire to make America great again, the NRSC actually hates you as much if not more than they hate Democrats. YOU are the scourge they want purged from the GOP… but only after you give them your money.
WaPo’s Bad Reporting Helps IDF Head-Fake Hamas Into A Massive Trap
The predictable unreliability of ‘mainstream’ news was used by Israel to draw Hamas forces out of their safe bunkers to where they would be exposed to attacks from the air.
It was an elaborate ruse. Israel moved ground troops into a position of readiness. Netanyahu let it be known that an attack by both ground and air was on the table.
And then came the tweet.
Conclusions were jumped to and speculation was reported as fact.
Websites of media outlets around the world, including the Washington Post and ABC, reported the incursion. “Israeli troops have entered the Gaza Strip as conflict with Palestinians escalates, Israeli military says,” was the tweet put out by the Washington Post.
The problem was that there was no ground invasion. Yes, the IDF had deployed troops along the border but they did not cross into Gaza. What did happen was in the air where 160 aircraft had assembled for a massive bombing run over the Gaza Strip. Their target was what the IDF called Hamas’s “Metro”, an underground network of tunnels where Hamas stored its weapons and used to move throughout Gaza hidden from Israeli aircraft. — JPost

Just got back from the internal medicine veterinarian. Corduroy has a large mass on his liver. As well as several smaller ones.
Given his age and his kidney disease, the doctor didn’t recommend surgery or chemo therapy. Just let it run its course. She prescribed pain meds and an appetite stimulant.
I just want him to be happy, maybe he can make it to 16 which is in three more months. Now he can eat anything he wants. It’s time for me to make another Arby’s run.

That has always been considered a miracle. The LORD was with them.
I wanted to make sure pet chips weren’t smaller than that one since it’s in a human; found a picture of a pet chip comparing it to a grain of rice. It’s about 1 1/2 to 2 grains of dry rice. Looks to be the same size as the one pictured.
So sorry to hear about Corduroy. Our pets mean so much to us. Since I lost my Misty I decided to not get another pet. It hurts to much.

Interesting tidbit I found: sunset on Sunday, May 16 will begin Shavuot. According to Wikipedia, ‘Shavuot’ means ‘weeks’. Couldn’t help think of the 70 weeks in Daniel.
However, I didn’t grow up learning the Jewish feast days, so I’m probably way off base on my musings.
