Basically the same I gave him. I told him to look into whether or not others are going to fight this as there is power in numbers. I am not a union person. Nevada is a right to work state, but conversely, that also means the employer has a right to fire at will.
I told him it was better than just demanding that he has to get the injection but I think they know they would have no standing to do that. By mandating the testing instead, they have an out. Thus the velvet fist approach
Most of those we know have gotten the vax including some who had the virus.

That I get. I meant I am going to have to sit down with his graphic and see the detail of the correlations between the posts and law of occupation manual so I can look at other posts in a different light.
