Not surprised most are really good,you have to come to a place where no one calls home to find a bad one. South Fla. is definitely a place where everyone is from somewhere else.Unfortunately, many form little enclaves of where they were from which does even less to unite the area.
Its a struggle to keep the R’s in power.

The story on Fox today is that the commander of the Guard asked for his soldiers to be allowed to leave the Capitol and go home. The new Secretary of Defense, Lloyd J. Austin III, denied the request, requiring that the Guard remain in Washington.
Elements of any state's Guard can be called home by the governor - unless POTUS assumes command of the Guard in national emergencies. President Eisenhower took command of some of the southern states' Guard so that they could not be used to enforce segregation.
You say that the Guard in D.C. is there at Trump's orders but the Secretary of Defense has overruled the Guard's request to leave. The Sec Def is doubtlessly a Biden/Obama man. This does not seem to fit your scenario.

These Ouija stories are hair-raising. I have one that I have only told once.
A friend and his fiance and I and my girlfriend(at the time) double-dated alot - alot of drive-ins.
The girls were best friends and my friend and I were in the same “social athletic club” and hung out quite a bit.
My friend was drafted into the Army. He went to VietNam in Feb 1969.
My friend’s fiance and I and my girlfriend (soon to be, then not be, my fiance) - came across an Ouija board.(and I can’t remember the circumstances)
Three of us had our hands on the pointer and asked “Will so and so come home alive”? - it rushed to “No”.
So and so was awarded a Silver Star, Bronze Star, and a Purple Heart.
He came home in a body bag June 69- 8 days before I was inducted.
Why we went there who knows? Why ask that question which stunk, who knows?
We never talked of it again. I never saw his fiance again and I eventually ended it with my fiance.
as an aside, I had a friend that read tarot cards...some time in the mid’70s. she started to give me
a reading at work then stopped.
She turned over a few cards, her face went deathly white, she gathered the cards and put them away.

Re Cuomo Edict:

The Alabama GOP are honoring President Trump with a resolution declaring that he was “one of the greatest and most effective presidents in the 245-year history of this Republic.” The state’s GOP uninimously voted for the resolution, which claims that “President Trump put the American people and the American worker first in all of his decisions.”

In Kentucky, the state’s Senate has passed a bill that makes it a crime to taunt a police officer. The bill states that anybody who “accosts, insults, taunts, or challenges a law enforcement officer with offensive or derisive words, or by gestures or other physical contact, that would have a direct tendency to provoke a violent response” would be charged with a misdemeanor, fined, and face up to 90 days in jail.
House Bill 1674, introduced by Oklahoma Republican state Rep. Kevin West, would allow prosecutors to charge rioters with a misdemeanor for interfering with traffic and endangering drivers. If passed, motor vehicle operators would not face criminal or civil charges for hitting a rioter if they were fleeing for safety or exercised “due care” at the time of the injury or death.
Meanwhile over in sunny Calif. gov. Newsom seems to have solved the homeless problem in his major cities.!!
They created a "tiny home" community. In China its a condominium for 6 in Texas it's a closet.
All 64 sq. feet has A/C, heat but no shower or toilet. Once these things go commercial they should rent for $2,500 a month in Calif. what a bargain!

Probably the worst is the death toll of a half million. I diagnosed it one time entering in all the variables that are not considered and it boiled down to about 1-3% of that number that could conceivably have been killed solely by covid,10,000 would be a high number. The whole thing is a control con and I'm amazed at the people who have bought into it,huge numbers.

I’m convinced that the biggest problems with computers isn’t the computer itself but the bloating garbage that computers accumulate off the internet over the years. Yeah, the software and technology marches forward too, but so much spammy garbage finds its way onto most machine and bogs them down with useless tasks that they seem slow way before their time.
