Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The fact that Time ever publishing a self-serving portion of the truth about the election conspiracy signals they expect that it will be exposed and they are offering their slant on it first. Instead of saying, "We're sorry!" they are saying, "You're welcome!"
They seem to have refunded a few auto withdrawls during the time they were setting up donations for the 2020 election , similar posts here by others on the issue.
Below is the information and my opinion as it relates to internal and external PAC efforts per GOP donation rules and the FEC rules.

GOP launches ‘WinRed’ in attempt to maximize online donations

This PAC was setup to counter the DNC PAC at the time when funding was needed for the 2020 races.
It is Still owned by the GOP. It is STILL an INternally owned GOP PAC, and Not the New EXTERNAL SuperPac of PDJT.
Maybe this is why those who donated through WinRed got flooded by GOP spam mail for more donations.
Our President may or may not still have an interest in WinRed, but I find that doubtful to the extreme as I am sure the GOPe or his own legal team pulled his ability to belong to the old GOP PAC WINRED, or have any influence in it seeing he has Now built his own Independent Superpac to get around the GOP limitation of Internal owned PAC donations as described above.
The above shows why the red flag on WINRED was first started and who owns it.
PDJT setup the External Superpac which can donate and disperse funds to whomever it may desire to do so WITHOUT breaching GOP or FEC regulations or GOP limitations.
We do Not trust the GOPe nor do we trust WINRED, and when we see the donation pages come up saying winred we went What??
When we saw the Escrow donations clearing website showing winred Dem and the third being a clearing house for data mining we started to dig deeper.
None of what we did was to harm donation joy, but to show what we found.

Yesterday, only one month after Biden’s inauguration, President Trump’s first public speech drew over 31 million on social media. Ironically, Trump has been banned from Facebook and Twitter where millions watched his blockbuster speech.

For what it's worth, here is my theory:
The Q team, Trump, and the people just below them (such as Eric and Don Jr.) who know part of what is going on are all shocked and disappointed by how easily people were duped by the deep state on 'the rona, masks, how long people have let themselves be dictated to, etc. So the team, Trump, and his top advisors have a little apprehension about the success of the plan and a lot of apprehension about the fallout.
But they know there is no choice but to go forward because they cannot and will not let the cabal, deep state, NWO types, anarchists, Chinese and Islamic infiltrators, foreign criminal gangs, etc. (they all work together until they start turning on each other) take over this country.
But they probably expected to see more awakening among people by now and more signs of civil disobedience in terms of organized protests of the lockdowns and mask mandates, such as the demonstration against these that have taken place in some countries. They expected to see more "manliness." Instead, there is continuing sheeptitude among many people and not enough questioning of the continuing attempts to scare the populace with talk of new variants of Covid. Too many people too easily believe the lies.
So, it is now getting close to crunch time for The Storm to occur, but the aftermath is going to be quite ugly because the Awakening is not going to occur as quickly and smoothly as hoped.
The Q teams knows that many lives are going to be impacted negatively as family members, friends, and neighbors turn against each other because the number of people who are awake already plus the number who will quickly come to "get it" and stand strong in the face of "getting it" are not as great as hoped for.
I guess what I wrote is just a long way of saying the Q team and Trump are disappointed in the American people and have a bit of apprehension in the Awakening part going as cleanly as they like. But that is not going to stop them from doing what needs to be done in terms of taking down the bad guys.
The team/Trump may be thinking they must enact a period of benevolent despotism because the citizenry is not up to the task of exercising their civic responsibilities in the near future. They really don't want to go this route, but they may be thinking they are going to have to be more heavy-handed than they would like to be.
The Supreme Court is now stepping in to hear a case that involves two Arizona election laws, one of which involves ballot harvesting, NBC News reported.
Two Arizona laws are at issue in the virtual oral arguments before the justices. One requires election officials to reject ballots cast in the wrong precincts. The other concerns voting by mail and provides that only the voter, a family member or a caregiver can collect and deliver a completed ballot.

after Trump’s “defeat” I donated to winred...somehow they got me down for $100 A WEEK!.....they corrected it for me but only after I generously donated $300.....never again...
I want the country back and I want Trump back in the WH where he rightfully belongs...
everything else is just...meh...
