In the last 2 months lost 6 extended families, age group 35 -70.

Currently, abroad condition is very grim. I think the USA will hit by another round. Govt is playing politics everywhere. Lockdown is not the answer.

My concern is the next virus.

I have shot last Saturday (10th April). Today my head is heavy, with maybe a lot of stress or side effects. The next shot is after 2 weeks.

Keep surprised of how your side effects dude, hopefully they get less with each day. I wonder if the differing side effects means anything. Some people don’t feel anything at all and yesterday A friend of mine said he gets horrible headaches now, can’t even function or leave the house.

I didn’t have any side effects till today. Today first-time heavy head. Took Tylenol. I am also under stress and anxiety. Maybe combination is not helping.

I don't think our new cabinets in the new house will be fancy at all. Not after the numbers I got today! 16000 for the cabinets and 3000 for labor. And that's just middle-of-the-road cabinets. I guess the increase in building supplies is hitting the cabinet industry as well.

Here s our old house's kitchen. Excuse the cleaning supplies :-) these were rustic Alder, an expensive upgrade, that's something we're not doing again obviously! I think they cost just about the same as what they want for a lesser cabinet and fewer of them now!



I got some preliminary numbers on door fronts, to just replace the doors. Looks like that'll be at least 10k. And that doesn't include installation.

Plan B. Paint the existing cabinets. Put some beautiful Granite on them and a nice backsplash and a nice floor. It's like putting lipstick on a pig but maybe it'll work. Lots of lipstick.

That’s interesting that it took four days to get the side effects. You’re right, Stress and Anxiety to can do some pretty horrible things to our bodies. And the way the Brain interprets stress and handles it, it can do quite a number on us as well. And create pain to try to protect our bodies from stress. I’m not quite sure that I understand how that works, I’m just starting to read about it now.
