Hubby reported, from his walking the dog, that there are just small sticks and leaves blown around the yard. We appear to have suffered no damage. PTL!

In some markets it might be beneficial to lose a house and get the insurance money. Not this one though. Houses are selling like crazy. I sure hope it’s the conservatives from the liberal states that are moving in. And not the Liberals.
I’m glad I didn’t think about losing my pizza oven. I might have slept over there in the event I might be able to save it. Or go with it into the swirling winds.
Heading over to the other house to pick stuff up. First realtor will be over tonight. I don’t want the place to look trashy, I do have cleaning supplies all over and we have various bits of wood and piping.

“A group of Republican states are filing a lawsuit Thursday to overturn President Joe Biden’s cancellation of the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
21 states, led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, submitted a complaint Wednesday to a Texas federal court arguing that the President does not have the authority to cancel the permit.
Some of the states included in the lawsuit have Democratic governors, including Kentucky and Kansas, however, all of the states have republican attorneys general.
The proposed 1,200-mile pipeline would have carried oil from Canada to the U.S.
“This pipeline was set to go through six counties in extreme Eastern Montana… five of those counties are already designated as high-poverty counties,” Montana AG Knudsen told Fox News. “The project was set to become the largest property taxpayer in all of those counties… That’s out the window. Just shy of 4,000 jobs, that’s out the window.”
Biden revoked the permit for the Keystone pipeline via executive order on his first day in office, saying that the pipeline would cause a “dangerous, potentially catastrophic, climate trajectory.”

I was listening to OAN in passing this morning and they were playing different Republican responses and complaints to what is going on with the border as well as the filibuster issues...
I couldn’t help but think about the fact that most of these reps were silent when the democrats committed the most egregious, election fraud, coup d’etat in American history, but now they act so outraged. Did they really think the the most radical leftist administration in history was going somehow be moderate and conciliatory once in power?
I hope the relief they got from their TDS was worth the destruction of America
