OMG Jenny beautiful but EXPENSIVE, I don’t even know where would be a comparable place to move for work e crept Texas AND it is so God awful hot there and FLAT!! The only damn good thing about CA. is weather and landscape!! The people, regulations and cost are OUT OF CONTROL!! I am out of here as soon as my mom passes I have tried to get her to relocate with me but she will have no part of that NO WAY!! I have so much equity in my home we could go ANYWHERE but she is 91 and stubborn as hell!! It breaks my heart to see what has happen to this once great state but it has gone WAY PAST the point of no return WAY PAST IT!!!
