No those particular chops have bones. What I had read was that cowboy chops are boneless. But apparently the store I go to hadn’t read that. So you’ve seen this kind before?

Oh yes! Don’t ever put that kind in the crock pot. Those are fried or baked or on the grill. I thought you were talking the thick boneless no fat on them that are terribly dry unless in the crockpot.

State Court of Claims Judge Christopher Murray has ruled invalid Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s guidance issued to Michigan clerks in early October that instructed them to presume the accuracy of absentee ballot signatures.
Because Benson did not go through the proper rule-making process when issuing the guidance, clerks do not need to comply with it for future elections, Murray ruled last week.
“The presumption is found nowhere in state law,” wrote Murray, an appointee of Republican former Gov. John Engler. “The mandatory presumption goes beyond the realm of mere advice and direction, and instead is a substantive directive that adds to the pertinent signature-matching standards.”

Yeah, the lack of a recess is interesting, though I’m not sure it could have been done over Dem objections.
Most damaging IMHO is that Mitch et al would not pull through for Trump’s infrastructure plans.
Could have been done by reconciliation - as the Dems now intend to do.
Infrastructure spending is a big deal for the “Big Donors” that RINOs and Dems love. Yet they wouldn’t accept whatever demands Trump had. I assume Trump wouldn’t support the “Big Donors” over Americans- so the RINOS like Mitch, and the Dems, called it off.
Now they all can reward their “Big Donors” at Americans’ expense.
