I've been wondering what's up with her stance too. She did the same thing yesterday during the signing.
I suspect someone has coached her, but not sure why *that* way. Maybe it's 'friendlier' than crossing her arms? Why not just stand with your arms to the sides like Chucky?

While we were all on lockdown last year because of the pandemic,we all watched this pompous jerk Cuomo give daily updates of all his moans and groans he's dealing with in NY! He constantly with the lap dog media help did this while the Trump Administration gave their updates.
I hope he gets more on board for this because no one is talking about his disgusting cover up on the many that died because of his handling the nursing home deaths!
I despise the media as much as Cuomo! The dems rather a sex scandal than the obvious.

The best milkshake ever: Snickerdoodle blizzard from DQ. It was amazing! And I only sort of like snickerdoodle cookies. The cinnamon is perfect - not too little and not too much. But somehow they get little crunchy sugar bits just like in the cookie.
Wow, am I going to get fat! Cookout has a shake of the week for $.99
Being closer to town might be dangerous for my health. Sure I’m closer to the exercise facilities....but I never go to those lol.
