Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.
(b) Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a):

So, at the most 90 days after an election with foreign interference, all the above was supposed to have been accomplished. February 3 was 90 days.
If Wictor’s theory/ideas are correct, when would action actually be taken to remove the usurpers and stop their insurrection? I would assume if assets held by foreign actors complicit in election interference would start to be taken pretty soon, and the assets of Americans assisting the foreign entities.

I just read a comment on GAP about the SC looking at the fraud cases on Friday, 2/19. Interesting thought was made that if/when the SC dismisses due to “lack of standing” is that when the military steps in? Will they announce this at 4:49 which agrees with the watch Q posted awhile back? Are there military tribunals going on right now to prove the coup? Remember - no leaks!

Australia government has clamped down on Facebook and Twitter users - no longer allowed to share “news” or get the “news” from outside. Could Australia know something is coming down the pike that they don’t want their citizens to know about?

Presidential directive 51 - is the dispersion of Government functions. It was employed after 9/11 and also can involve a shadow government.
I think we truly are in uncharted territory here. We have a 5th column in the USA and in the government. I have no clue how it’s all structure, how it will proceed, and how long it with take.
I just keep finding puzzle pieces, look at them, and lay them aside for future reference, when they might make more sense.

Texas is slowly upping their power generation game. Nowhere near fully recovered, but I’ve been watching their web site and they seem to have upped their load by about 4000 MW this afternoon. Perhaps things are thawing out.
I really am sorry that Rush did not beat that cancer. He will be missed-especially with the ImPOTUS puppet of China on the stage.

Texas—and other states— will have billions (I am sure) of dollars of repair to replace broken water pipes in appartments and homes and to repair all the water damage. They will also have to deal with a bunch of pissed people who want to blame the government for everything.
