SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers for Dominion Voting Systems have asked Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Parler to preserve posts about the company, even if the material was already removed for spreading misinformation.
The posts need to be kept “because they are relevant to Dominion’s defamation claims relating to false accusations that Dominion rigged the 2020 election,” according to the demand letters from Dominion’s law firm Clare Locke. Dominion sued Rudolph W. Giuliani and Sidney Powell for more than $1.3 billion each in January, alleging that the lawyers defamed Dominion by saying the machines were used to steal the election from President Donald Trump.

This has already been mentioned elsewhere once Giuliani or Powell or really good group of attorneys get discovery and access to their financial records they’ll quickly drop this nonsense
Reply to Dominion.
Do you have a subpoena? No? Piss off.
Dominion Voting can go fornicate themselves.........
No one has ever claimed that Dominion rigged the election. They attack a straw man in asserting as much.
Dominion has two problems with their lawsuit. They have to prove that what Mike Lindell proved today is false and that the people they are suing knew it was false.
Truth is an absolute defense.
They are playing a game of chicken. They’re going to lose.
I wonder if Dominion will sue Time magazine too?

I don’t doubt that BookFace, Twatter and YouBoob will be happy to oblige.
But then how would something be entered into evidence when it is a third party discussing something with a fourth party? They would have to subpeona the original posters.
Think I’m wrong? Hide and watch.
After Mike Lindell’s proof, Dominion will be toast
Exactly. This is not going to be as easy as Dominion’s lawyers think it is.
I trust the info I’ve seen regarding Dominion’s history, business practices, and “performance” in the 2020 election.
If they act confident, I assume they’ve bought all the judges.
It’s an all bluster double down. Obviously with all the evidence against them, the last thing those Dominion folks really want is a legal discovery into their crimes.
There isn’t going to be any discovery in a corrupt judiciary.
My humble opinion:
Dominion is bluffing. They need a court reviewing evidence of their participation in election fraud like Biden needs a heart attack.
The good guys should follow The Pillow Guy and welcome a meeting with the Dominion Crooks in court. Dominion will never let that happen.
Did you watch Mike Lindell video on election fraud? Especially the last part where they showed the time stamp of the hack, IP address of the hacker, what was stolen from Trump to Biden, when it was stolen and what IP address got hack?
It had to be some insane nut jobs to create such a detail fake spreadsheet. Plus I would add these lawsuit will take years with one motion after another motion, my bet is that Dominon is going to play keep away and make their deep pockets do the talking, to force the defense give up and settle
While they are telling everyone else get rid of the evidence ASAP...
You’re the only one on here who feels this way including several attorneys notice how no lawsuits have actually been filed yet? Then again I’ve seen your stuff on here when you dont post something about the sky falling im shocked
Thank you for making my point for me
