(We do not have a constitutional Republic while there are still thousands military troops occupying our nation’s capital. These include the criminalization of free speech, free assembly, elimination of a free press and religious freedoms, and a sustained and brutal attack on the civilian ownership of firearms. And every despotic regime gleefully blames Jews for their failures. When the stock market tumbles, and consumer shortages emerge, all Jews will again be blamed because, you know, it’s that frog and scorpion… you know, the thing.

It is not possible to defend an administration founded on lies and election frauds. If Biden had established policies
he was willing to reveal, on the campaign trail, we, the people could at least learn about them and defend them.

- Start an immediate program to improve your physical fitness, even if it's just walking. Get a 5 or 10 lb dumbbell and lift it a little more every day. You'll be surprised how quickly your body will respond...and it's good for you mind.
We have no idea what we will have to do in the near future in response to the coming transition, but we can be pretty sure it won't be pleasant.
So, whatever you currently do for fitness, up the ante a little bit. If you do nothing but sit on the couch, start walking around the block once a day, then twice, and so on.
Perhaps paperwork that says you got the vaccine. :)
