Asking such a stupid question has a better chance of leading to violence.

In their world, Trump getting out of bed in the morning
‘could encite violence’ - From Democrats on Conservatives!
To: lowbridge
Even criminals that everyone knows are guilty as sin are Constitutionally entitled to legal defense, even if they can’t pay for it and the public has to buy it for them, and no one worries about that inciting violence. If you’re going to worry about people having civil rights inciting violence, why start now all of a sudden, with a guy that’s certainly not going to be convicted?

So by defending himself against charges of insurrection he is committing insurection and is thus guilty.
Is this from Stalin's or Mao's book of legal logic?

Why sure it could. Democrats could go and kill another unarmed civilian at any moment. Just ask Ashli Babbit.
Oh wait.

They have it the other war round.
President Trump not having legal defense in a sham show trial in a Dem run Stalinist style kangaroo court is guaranteed to bring great violence upon their heads.
