I take 1400mg supplements a day!...............
Omega-3. I guess I’ll add that to my daily routine of a men’s multi vitamin, zinc, D-3, magnesium, melatonin, tonic water and beer.
Really, the beer is all you need.
Maybe another factor might be less dangerous Covid infections for those of us, who get our Omega 3 on a regular basis.

I agree, but I need some solid food too.
I take every winter for dry eyes. Works well.
1. Study was 100 people.
2. Not placebo controlled, double blind.
3. Not confirmed elsewhere.
4. Funded by the self interested fish oil producers.
5. Conveniently tied to Covid.
6. Just as the recent science arrived showing fish oil has no heart health benefits, the previous entire markwt for the stuff.
I think I’ll stand by.

Moderate alcohol intake is associated with higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids in plasma and red blood cells. The study suggests that wine does better than other alcoholic drinks. This effect could be ascribed to compounds other than alcohol itself, representing a key to understand the mechanism lying behind the heart protection observed in moderate wine drinkers.
More reasons to continue my glass of red wine every night with dinner.

I have been taking multivitamin, D supplements, melatonin, and Omega-3 for a long time now, before it was fashionable, it seems. But I may need to add beer.
I take 1400mg Omega 3 and 5000 IUs of Vitamin D3..................
And Pork Rinds.....................

I just wish they sold pork rinds in something other than the single serving size.

Lots of others, but I can’t find this week’s fresh news.
Looks like taking those fish oil capsules for the last 20 yeats has more benefits than I knew of.
