All rule of law and investigations against enemies of the state have been suspended until 2024. With the FBI conducting the investigation we’ll never know. That’s where the corruption starts.....that and DOJ!!!

Ashli was the only person killed at the Capitol building that day. She was killed while peacefully protesting, while unarmed and not attacking anyone, by a LEO. That is what is shameful and immoral. The shooter deserves prison time and lots of it.
You comment is contradictory. Going through a window is somehow not peaceful? Don’t accept the oligarchy’s talking points.
She wasn't peacefully protesting - she was at the front breaking through the window of a barricaded door. Totally justified whether she was armed or not. A gang of intruders comes to your house, breaks down your front door. You are now barricaded in your bedroom with your family. Intruder now breaks the glass door and starts to come through, and you shoot. 100% justified.
He's already a "Hero of the State." The shooter was the guy who protected Steve Scalise from being murdered.

You obviously haven’t watched the videos if you can compare it to smashing in to someone’s bedroom. Why don’t you worry more about the gang inside the chamber selling out the USA?
That could also read, "F'ed up so bad he almost got Scalise killed." I've done security work. When one of your principles gets shot, you aren't doing your job right. On the plus side, I think we can say that if he is the guy, we know he's not politically biased about who he shoots.
I see you have wholly accepted the oligarchy’s point of view on the peaceful Capitol building protest. I guess you think the usurper is the duly elected president too?

And in Reply 12 it's someone else. We don't know who it was but we can be reasonably sure that whoever it was is not going to be charged in her death.

No, breaking out a window and attempting to enter a closed building is not peaceful. It is an illegal act.
I only saw a video but there were many attempting to enter. An officer isn’t a mind reader and didn’t know who, nor how many were coming in and whether they were armed or not. His job was to keep the building secure, I’m sure.
It was a very unfortunate incident but definitely not a peaceful protest. If I was on a jury, I wouldn’t find him guilty.
