Mailed to another this morning in reply to a published URL link suggesting Trump initiate fraudulent election charges in D.C., the proper jurisdiction for such matters:
"Our soon to be new state D.C, judicial courts are entirely corrupt - thank you "equal opportunity" and lowest common denominator standards so why waste the time hypothesizing about more election legal challenges in the least constitutional court system in America?
I came to a scary realization last night, or at least a scary expectation. What if the past four years of Trump accomplishments and our expectations have all been in vain? What if the man is licking his wounds, covering his ass from the demonic democrats and getting ready to simply resume protecting his business ventures? What if he is simply saying he gave it four years and that's enough? All the while here we sit - waiting for THE announcement that gives us (The country,) hope of a way forward. What if we have basically been sucker punched? It's all imminently possible. More than a little. If fact, realistic too conclude I fear. As the time slips by, the more realistic my conjecture appears to fit what's presently occurring. I do not feel he was disingenuous, perhaps simply in over his head deeper than his ego would allow him to see. If any of the above is true, I do not find fault in his efforts nor direction, but rather our vesting so much hope in the hype. One way or the other, I am attempting to "recover" from those expectations of a masked rider on the white horse riding in to save the day. I believe we may well have vested 100% of our commitments to the wrong rider with the right message. Troubling thoughts this morning."
Given that, I have simply been sucked in by others rhetoric for too long now to allow myself to continue in that self defeating allusion. Now when the articles begin to say: Trump HAS brought charges in a court, or HAS done anything to recapture the initiative, then and only then will the daily barrage of chaff get my attention any longer.
And the Epic Failiens, but since they can’t quite make it here, not much call to us the name...
I would hate to lose the Smithsonian.
I lived in the DC metropolitan area in Rockville, MD when I was very young and my dad was stationed at the Bethesda Naval Hospital as an Air Force officer.
But I was old enough to remember seeing all of the sights and monuments. The Smithsonian was by far my favorite place to visit.
If I was ever to venture back into Washington for any reason nowadays, it would be to spend a week or more in the Smithsonian by itself. One of the most interesting places I have ever been to.
I realized all that a long time ago. Trump never was the secular messiah most on this board thought he was.
That was their mistake. But they won’t admit that now.
