Hopefully the terrible freezing weather is over for a while.
This morning was the 1st in a few weeks that is above freezing, 35*.
It is above freezing here and should get into the 50s later on. The prediction is that we’ll just brush the top of 32 degrees overnight and that is the last I see on the forecast. It isn’t unusual for us to have some freezes into April, but I won’t complain if tonight is the last one of the season.
I can see the “end” of my major yard work. Maintenance and improvement after that. I need warm weather to make it happen.

I hope CB hears from Dolly this morning....so far nothing. I’d say CB might be sleeping in, but she’s probably already on the road with her car full of boxes, appliances strapped to the roof, and a sofa roped onto the back. She’s quite a trooper lol.

Boy, Ted Cruz is really taking it for swinging down to Mexico while the state is in deep freeze. Probably not the smartest move in the world, considering how the left is going to make hay of it. Sadly, it reminds me of all of our Canadian politicians who told us to not dare stick our covid-infested noses out of our doors while they flew off to various warm destinations. Not a good look.
