A) The House Rules Cmte meets at 3 pm et today prep a measure to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) from her assignment on the Education and Labor Committee.— Chad Pergram (@ChadPergram) February 3, 2021
B) Expect debate during that meeting on an amendment from Republicans to strip Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) from her committee assignments as well.
C) Key House GOP leaders and the “steering committee” (a panel which doles out committee assignments) – met last night about Greene. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) talked to Greene last night.
D) Democrats are prepared to bounce Greene from her committee in a floor vote which could come as early as Thursday – unless McCarthy moves first. The full House has not voted in years to to remove any member from a committee.
E) Fox is told there are conversations between McCarthy and Democratic leaders about how to proceed and potentially, broker a deal.
But expect feisty debate today in the Rules Committee on Greene’s future.

Hahaha. Years ago I was a telephone operator for a local telephone company. That brings back memories.
I doubt those young men gave up their lives to storm the beaches of Normandy to defeat Nazism, thought their kids & grandkids would turn their own country over to the equivalent of Nazis.
IMHO I believe we are far past the Point Of No Return.
I hope you are wrong, but I too don't have any answer or see that a majority of Americans has the will or ability to take our country back.
We already have a Ministry of Truth media. Maybe with this new "czar" young people who have been indoctrinated to hate America will finally be exposed to what can happen with a dictatorship.

Leftist governments everywhere really hate it that President Trump did not violate any laws when building his towers and golf clubs. He used the laws as they were written which is not the same as violating them.

The small town where I used to live put a nativity scene on the courthouse lawn every year as well. I assume they still do.
