That Florida bankruptcy case was closed on January 25 and Ms. El was ordered to show cause why she should not be declared a vexatious litigant.

The filer of the bankruptcy was convicted by the feds back in 2016 for passport fraud. How does a ‘sovereign citizen' have the right to file for bankruptcy on behalf of the US?

Apparently her life's work is to file nuisance lawsuits. Can't believe anyone would take anything she does seriously.

He did not. I followed him on Parler and never saw any post like that.

He has repeatedly said he never posted anything regarding the capitol protest, and reiterated that fact in his phone conversation with Cathy Cox.

There were several fake Lin Wood accounts on Parler, but the real one only had a couple of posts, and nothing violent. The only thing close he ever posted was that Pence and Roberts had committed treason and stated what the penalty of treason was. He didn’t tell people to take matters in their own hands.
