Along with my other weird health issues, I have asthma. So I bought some NAC from Life Extension

Normally I have to take a puff twice each day of my long acting inhaler and I’m on the top dose. But I can get by with one puff every other day. That probably didn’t make sense.
So I used said inhaler last night, but not this morning. But started having trubbles about 7 pm, so used inhaler.

So are you saying it is helping you and you don’t have to take as much of the inhaler? Or have you been taking it long enough to make a difference?
If the worst does happen I think this thread should continue too. This is one of the VERY few places I go to gather news and I’d hate to lose it. The main forum just isn’t the same.
