I have this foreboding feeling that there will be violence in DC on inauguration day from leftist plants passing themselves off as Trump supporters. I’m pretty sure that is what happened on January 6. This will be echoed by the lapdog media and this is where gun confiscation will start. Please tell me how I’m wrong
The 20th Amendment will operate as outlined. It cannot be stopped. By anyone.
Joe Biden will be inaugurated as President, Harris as Vice-President.
President Trump will leave office at Noon.
There will be sporadic violence over the next several days,
Martial law will not be declared.
A military junta will not seize power from whoever is President.
Conservatives and Republicans will start to consider the future of their association with the National Republican party in a more sober setting.
I hope they shoot those who break the law. Then when the bodies are ID”d their leftist identities will be revealed. And if some real Trump supporters are among them, then they really were not supporters.

My money’s on “will”. The stables in DC are due for a massive mucking out. It’s now or never, and he knows that.

One would think that this “call to action” would be more widespread. I have heard nothing, other than the talk of it from the mediots and their government lapdogs.
I think the rabid left fancies themselves as being in a 1935-like situation. Some of these nutjobs really DO think Trump wants to usher in a fascist murdefest where only the "purest" people survive. Which, of course, is ridiculous.
These goons would like for Trump to be no more; failing that, flagrant fraud and breaking of the law to effectively go back and time and rid the world of "Hitler" was "justified."
Frankly, I think it is the rank and file Dems who generally think the election was legit, and the rabid left were the ones who know it was littered with fraud (they are also probably the fraudsters) but don't care. They'll never say so in public, but in their parties that's what they'll say - "we saved the world from Hitler 2...and history will smile kindly on us."
There is also likely a big chunk of leftists (and NeverTrumpers...) who just despise liberty and used the "Hitler 2" dopes as human shields to perpetrate the fraud.

I believe it is just smoke and mirrors. The claim that there are radical Trump supporters coming, they flood DC with 25,000 troops and thousands of cops and cancel almost all “inaugural” events for NPC “Biden”. They know that few are even interested in coming to see “Biden’s” event which might make people wonder just how he got 80 MILLION votes. They have to come up with an excuse as to why so few come. That way the Media-Dem Party can wail about how the evil Orange Man denied “Biden” his day in the sun.
As mummified as he is already, he should avoid any more days in the sun.
No. But most illegals are coming across southern border and are NOT considered White. And perception is that blacks are more likely to be on welfare. So no direct statement about race, but it implied.

I think if anybody shows up to protest it will be antifa in Trump gear and maybe some Trump supporting mentally detective people. I have faith normal Trump supporters are too smart to fall for this obvious trap. That goes for the state capitol protests, too.

But from what I saw on FR in my interactions with freepers last night I think they are so fearful of Trump taking action that they perceive as unconstitutional they would rather face Biden and his pack of commies. Right now 80% of the people on FR don’t have a clue of what is about to happen. I can’t wait for it to begin.

Yes, don’t be fearful. Our military is nothing to fear. They love America and they took an oath to protect the constitution. They will put this insurrection down and then put the govt back in civilian (Trump) hands.

This is exactly the theory I worked my way to at 2:00AM. Trump has announced he is leaving before the inauguration and taking the whole famdamily with him. He has requested a big military send off with flyover and 21 gun salute. Totally not something Trump would normally do. He is going to stay out of it and let the military handle the whole thing.
Last night about 1:30 I watched a short video that some guy took on his phone while walking to work. He sounded like he had probably been in the military and he was shocked at the stuff they were erecting in the street. It was at that moment I suddenly realized the military is preparing for occupation of Washington not just a short operation. They are planning on being there for awhile like running the place. Then the seven foot barricades around the capitol and the Whitehouse made more sense.
So, who will be? Unfortunately, it will not be President Trump, which is pretty disappointing.
So, let me get this straight, being the dim-witted person that I am.
You say that the military took an oath to protect the U.S. Constitution. Which they did.
But you advocate the U.S. Constitution not being followed by the military so that the government "is put back in" President Trump's hands?
Sections of the the 20th Amendment is going to operate on January 20. Period. It cannot be stopped. By anyone. By martial law.
I so wish someone would make a bet with the proceeds to a worthy cause that the U.S. Constitution is going to prevail.
